What it is

Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Pro let staff edit PDFs, combine files, fill and sign forms, convert documents, redact sensitive information and send documents for e-signature. Pro adds features like advanced redaction, document comparison and accessibility tools.

Law and title offices redact and assemble documents, accountants combine client packets, contractors mark up plans, and many offices send contracts for e-signature with Acrobat Sign.

Licensing quirks
