Block clients get booked ahead of other work. Your hours cover Teams sessions, remote work sessions, and the build work we do between them.
A LOCAL TEAM
Our top Automation Pros run your sessions, rollouts, training, and AI policy. The same team builds your automations, bots, apps, and on-site AI systems, then keeps them running. We’re based in Mechanicsburg and Hershey, serving Harrisburg and businesses across Central PA.
PRICING
$2,500 for 10 hours ($250/hour)
This is the only block we sell, and 10 hours is the minimum.
- Hours never expire.
- No monthly bill and no contract term.
- A reserved 1-hour session, weekly or monthly, plus priority booking.
- Calls are billed in 1-hour blocks. Build work is billed in 30-minute increments, with each entry rounded up to the next half hour.
- A usage report with each invoice, or whenever you ask.
- Auto-renew: when your hours run out (even mid-task), we start another 10-hour block unless you tell us in writing not to.
- No refunds on unused hours.
- PA sales tax is added. Hardware, software licenses, and usage fees are billed separately.
FAQ
No. It takes 30 minutes and you’re under no obligation.
No. We’ll help you pick the tool and the number of seats. Licenses are billed by the vendor.
Sessions are billed in 1-hour blocks. Build work between sessions is billed in 30-minute increments, each rounded up to the next half hour. Every entry shows on your usage report.
With weekly 1-hour sessions and no other work, about 10 weeks. With monthly sessions, about 10 months. Build work uses hours too, so most clients use them faster than that.
Hours never expire. Unused hours aren’t refunded.
We start another 10-hour block automatically, even mid-task, so work doesn’t stop. If you don’t want that, tell us in writing.
No. Pennsylvania sales tax is added.
A full Copilot rollout or a multi-step bot gets a fixed-price quote. Once it’s built, your block hours cover monitoring and fixes.
Yes. We can install an AI server in your office running local models, so your files never leave. Hardware is quoted separately.
Grok, OpenClaw, Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, and local open models. For automation we use Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, and Make.
AI sees what the user sees. Before we connect anything, we check who can see which files and fix any oversharing.
Most work is done over Teams and remote sessions.
No. This plan covers AI and automation only. Your IT support doesn’t change.
